Brittany Woodburn, President

Brittany Woodburn is a resident of Owego, NY and the Director of Tioga County Economic Development and Planning. Prior to her current position, Brittany served in the department as an Economic Development Specialist and as the Deputy Director.

Marcia Kiechle, Vice President

Marcia Kiechle is a resident of Newark Valley, NY, a retired physical education teacher and an active member of the Newark Valley Historic Society.

Jon Ward, Treasurer

Jon Ward is a resident of Apalachin, NY and the Vice President of Commercial Services for Tioga State Bank. 

Elizabeth Johnson, Secretary

Elizabeth Johnson is a resident of Owego, NY and has worked in the hospitality industry in Tioga County for a number of years, most recently as the owner and manager of the 1867 Parkview Inn and Dugan House Restaurant. 

Keith Flesher

Keith Flesher is a resident of Berkshire, NY, a Tioga County Legislator for District 7 and the regional vice president of Primerica Financial Services.

Jason Harris

Jason Harris is a resident of Nichols, NY and the Director of Golf Operations for Tioga Downs Casino Resort and the General Manager of Tioga Golf Club.

Brielle Woods

Brielle Woods is a resident of Owego, NY and has worked in the marketing field for a number of years, most recently as the owner and manager of The Belva Lockwood Inn in Owego. 

Joan Case

Joan Case is a resident of Waverly, NY and an active community member in Waverly and Tioga County, serving on multiple boards over a number of years.

Christina Di Stefano

Christina Di Stefano is the Director of the Tioga Arts Council.
